Nothing like a flirty, feminine little dress to drive away fall’s fashion woes. Cop-Copine’s Tulipa tunic has arrived at Momo, along with box loads of super kawaii tops and skirts, all with the signature quirky look of our favorite Parisian brand. This ruffled number is easily dressed up with heels and a clutch, or down with jeans or a pair of leggings. And we bet you’ll wear this easy-care style year ’round — versatility (not to mention no dry cleaning) is just one of the many reasons we adore Cop-Copine. Come check it out yourself. Oh Momo. We are so Japanese, rarely tooting our own horn for any reason. But this time we’re boldly stepping out and asking you to vote for us for King 5’s Best of Washington Boutique. One of our devoted customers (we suspect Jennifer H.) nominated us and what the heck, it’s time to get over our modesty and ask you to give us a thumbs up. Here is the link: http://best.king5.com/momo/biz/139181. Thanks in advance and see you at Momo!

Momo is the little shop on the corner of Sixth Avenue South and South Jackson Street, the crossroads of Seattle’s Japantown. The historic neighborhood, decimated after the 1942 Executive Order 9066 which forced the removal of all Japanese Americans from the West Coast, is seeing a quiet renewal. Present-day treasures include unique boutiques, galleries, a barbershop and salons, fame-ish sushi restaurants, a landmark tea house and a beautiful secret garden. Come discover the revival!
