Harumi K designer Sherry!

Meet Momo newcomer Harumi K aka Sherry Koyama. Harumi K clothing was borne from Sherry’s desire to create garments that are versatile, comfortable and low-maintenance. Featuring modern lines and textural fabrics (which are made with American grown cotton!), Harumi K pieces are flattering and easy-to-wear — and don’t we love that? Bonus: they transition beautifully from work to play, as well as from season to season, a major plus in our somewhat-fair-weather city!

Sherry will be one of the trio of designers we’re hosting during next week’s trunk show. Also joining the fun are local jeweler Angela Muhlnickel of Little Teal, and Ursa Caratolo, curator of stylish Italian handbags. They’re happy to share a few tips for transitioning into fall. Hooray! Our favorite Seattle jewelry designer, Angela Muhlnickel aka Little Teal, will be one of the talented triad joining us for our Local Trove Trunk Show. We’ll also welcome Sherry Koyama of Harumi K and Ursa Caratolo, purveyor of lux Italian leather bags.

A Pacific Northwest native, Angela has always been drawn to the beauty of the natural world. Combining a love of making/crafting and a lifelong obsession with rocks (she started her first rock collection — complete with padded glass case and labels — at the age of 8 or 9), she began Little Teal in 2016 as a way to marry the two passions. 

Little Teal jewelry is minimalist in style, featuring simple sterling silver settings where the stones are the focal point of each unique piece. Angela feels that jewelry should be versatile and easy to wear — as well as making the wearer feel beautiful, inside and out. Lucky for us, this local treasure is also available at Momo year ’round.
